About Dr. Katherine
Hi, I’m Dr. Katherine
While trying to conceive my own child,
I was amazed by the lack of awareness of Chinese medicine and its ability to enhance fertility and overall health
I had spent years working in modern medical facilities and Chinese medicine was never discussed even though it had survived for thousands of years.
Medical doctors told me I would never conceive. Then I did.
I was convinced that other women would also want to know the truth of Chinese medicine.
My analytical mind set off on a course of research and I uncovered that other women were also desperately seeking ways to enhance their fertility and overall health and were also disillusioned with the purely modern approach.
Determined to create a better way
I began crafting my vision of a fertility and women’s health clinic long before applying to Chinese medical school.
My mission was to become an expert
in reproductive medicine and women’s health and to help other women conceive and to live healthier and happier lives.
I founded Rhythms at a time when few were specializing in Chinese medicine fertility and gynecology
and learned everything possible about this natural fertility method.
Rhythms has helped thousands of women
and men with their reproductive and health issues and sees the regular arrival of a Rhythms’ baby.
I can help you too.
If you don’t live locally, my virtual clinic is here for you too. My online consults and programs are more than just telemedicine or generic advice. They are personalized road maps to help you get healthy and get pregnant.
What I Love
All things fertility!
Analyzing research and finding evidence and then sharing it. Boring to some but super sexy to me;)
A no B.S. approach to everything especially one’s health. Health and a fertile state are about being in harmony with nature. There are no quick fixes to anything. A simple approach is often better and less is often more.
Books. Amazon loves me.
Simple healthy cooking. Food that is good for you AND tastes good are not mutually exclusive. I enjoy creating meals that balance these seemingly contradictory notions.
My simple life living on the Maine coast with my husband and border collie.
Except in the winter when I often escape to my happy place in the Caribbean 🌴.
The sea….in case you didn’t figure that out already.
